Our distributors are produced by excellent HPb59-1 brass. With good-looking and well proportioned flows, it is suitable to connect multi-pipelines in cooling system.
The assembly is produced by alloy C12200/Cu-DHP. The material is conforming to GB/T 1527-2017 standards.
Welding point: No pores, cracks,slag,burrs and burn, not fusion, no obvious oxide film,no plug hole without significantly reduced.
The products are 100% passed leakage test at or over 4.5Mpa. and it's free of leak for 3 minutes .
The surface is processed with non-chromium, oxidation.
